Colleton River’s Fitness Center is dedicated to making the best you happen. State-of-the-art equipment and 3,300 square feet of immaculate workout space helps Members meet their wellness goals. Personal trainers are on staff and ready to help you with everything from weight loss to muscle sculpting and nutrition coaching. A wide array of classes ensures that Members never get bored and can always find the level of exercise they prefer. Water aerobics, yoga, TRX and TPI Fit are just some of the options. In addition to excellent physical fitness amenities, Colleton River Club offers on-site physical therapy to help Members get back on track and back to enjoying all the Colleton River Fitness Center has to offer.
The current version is very close to perfect in our eyes. The equipment is very modern, progressive and feature rich. There are very few gaps in terms of what we would like to see.
As importantly, the staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. All generations have been friendly and helpful; however, the current generation is a big step forward for members interested in fitness and in health recovery, stabilization and/or improvement. Massage, TPI/Yoga/Etc., and personal training assistance are wonderful assets for the young and the young at heart."
