Community Dock

Community dock

The community dock is centrally located in the plantation on the south shore of the Colleton River. Numerous member activities take place at the community dock such as fly-fishing, caging for crab, oyster cultivation, picnics and special dining events like Lowcountry boils.

With one mile of deep water access along the Colleton River and the Intracoastal Waterway that leads to the Atlantic, boating and water sports abound. The dock is a portal for our members to enjoy everything from jet-skiing to deep-sea fishing.
